Abby is a meticulous lawyer, having honed her skills in commercial law at some of Sydney’s finest firms and as in-house counsel in a national manufacturing firm. Abby specialises in commercial contracts, business and share sale agreements, property transactions, commercial leasing and family law property settlements.

Michael has been an accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation since 2006 and has been named in the Best Lawyers List for Insolvency and Reconstruction since 2016.
Michael advises on commercial litigation, corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency, property law, trusts and estate matters.

John has been practising as a solicitor on the NSW South Coast for over 15 years, and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of law that may affect residents of our local community. He is dedicated to helping his client and contributing to his local community.

Born and raised in Sydney, Simone moved to Bermagui in 2019 via Tokyo and Melbourne.
BAILEE MILLER
Paralegal & JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
Bailee joined Clarke Law in 2021 and has a Diploma in Paralegal Studies. She can be found working from either of our Bermagui or Narooma offices and works closely with John, assisting in estate matters as well as broadly across many other areas. Bailee has a bright personality and positive approach to new challenges, ensuring your needs will always be met.
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Kath is a graduate from the University of Wollongong and is completing her Certificate IV in Legal Services. Kath works at reception in our Narooma Office and assists with all areas of the practice including file management, accounts, conveyancing and legal document preparation.
Kath enjoys craft-related hobbies, which include knitting, embroidery, and painting. Her bookshelves are full and so is her Kindle.
